DIVERSITY and INCLUSION:
The ALA Diversity Initiative aims to increase awareness of and sensitivity to the differences among our workforce and to advance the concept of inclusiveness and acceptance. ALA ONLINE COMMUNITY
Online Community provides members ways to network and collaborate with peers. It is a collaboration tool that allows members to communicate and share with one another all year long. Resources include crowdsourcing advice and information on shared interests, a great place to brainstorm solutions, ask questions, and get answers from colleagues, share interesting articles, templates, samples and other materials, take part in and review surveys and polls, and find other members by name or company.
